Everything! The room was set up well for us, 2 single beds and a double, nice clean bathroom. The breakfasts were top notch!! Hosts were very helpful and responsive. We got some great recommendation on where visit each day, and for dinner in the area. Really can't say how much we enjoyed our stay!

Sinead and Shane are wonderful hosts. Shane is a terrific chef and Sinead keeps things running smoothly. We had a wonderful time.

Sinaed and Shane were lovely. The breakfast each day was fantastic. They were very nice and helpful with suggestions on things to do, where to eat and how to get around. The B&B was clean, quiet and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again

We been staying at Park House our last 4 trips to Ireland. Shane and Sinead are outstanding hosts and people. Superb breakfast. Very close to Bunratty Castle and folklore park, Durty Nellys pub, and Shannon Airport.

Sinead and Shane are two of the most delightful people I've ever met! They welcomed us with open arms into their beautiful home, which had a cozy and comfortable room and the most delicious breakfast (the best brown bread I've ever had!). I highly recommend this place and hope to return sometime.

The rooms are always very clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a wonderful stay. The owners Shane and Sinead are lovely people. They are so welcoming and strive to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. Shane's breakfasts are the best! Nothing compares to his preparation, presentation and variety. We will definitely stay at Parkhouse B&B when we return to Ireland.

The perfect experience. The food was exquisite and we had the most charming room, in walking distance to Bunratty . The O’Briens were delightful and I plan to visit again

Our room was immaculate. Our hosts were extremely pleasant and cordial.. The opportunity to have a choice of breakfast selection was much appreciated and the food and presentation was excellent.

We have stay with Sinead and Shane multiple times over the years. Each visit has been perfect. The rooms are always clean and well presented. The addition of the Nespresso machine in the room was appreciated. Shane's breakfast is always a masterpiece. The property is in excellent condition with many upgrades. Shane and Sinead go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We feel like part of the family when we stay here.
