What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Fun getting to know owners Sinead & Shane. They work very hard at making sure guests feel welcome & provided for. They are so friendly & inviting. Room & bathroom was clean & cozy. Food/ breakfast was the highlight! Beautifully prepared, tasted delicious and started our days off right! Both traditional Irish breakfast and French toast did not disappoint. Lots of food options! Beautiful property grounds & great location.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Beds comfortable but headboard seemed loose & rattled when getting in & out of bed which was noisy during night. Shower needs better water pressure & shower head would not stay in position. Took a long time to rinse longer hair. Sink drained slowly. Would be helpful to have a blanket on bed for a lighter cover option as duvet was way too hot, but just the sheet wasn't enough.

Very comfortable and clean room. The breakfast is delicious and freshly made. The hosts are super friendly. It’s within walking distance to the castle and numerous bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property and experience. Felt welcome the entire time. The speaker was excellent. The food was wonderful.

We liked the locality and the amenities nearby. We loved the service provided by Shane and Sinead and cannot fault anything during our stay. Will look forward to staying again sometime in the future.

We received the warmest welcome from Sinead and Shane. The location was beautiful, just a ten minute stroll from the bustling Bunratty. Our room was huge, with a lovely, comfortable bed. All the little touches were there and it was spotless (and cleaned daily) Breakfast was fantastic and we were treated like life long friends. We could not have had a better stay.

Thank you for good local advice. Great breakfast! Accommodations were like new and shiny clean. Shower works. Comfortable bed. Cute dogs.

It’s our 3rd time now with Sinead and Shane. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and the food is delicious. Sineads local knowledge and advice was a great help to us. We will definitely be back again soon. Thanks guys, Joe and Hayley.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, seem to be genuinely nice oeoplone. The breakfast Shane cooked for us was amazing! Can't beat the locatio, maybe half a mile from Bunratty Caste. We'll be staying here again next year!

We always have an excellent time. The hosts are wonderful people, the property is spotless, and the French toast is the best you will get. We have stayed here several times over the years and always look forward to coming back.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming! They even gave us tips on how best to see everything on our itinerary. It was wonderful to get insider information from locals. Our breakfast was also very delicious! Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean, and our bed was very cozy. I highly recommend staying at Parkhouse B&B! I would absolutely stay here again!

Easy to book. Very friendly welcome . Warm house. Comfortable room and bed. Great information folder. Lots of choice for breakfast. ( Loved the fruit salad) Great hosts Sinéad and Shane !!
